and all its residents.
Every child (of all backgrounds, abilities and circumstances) in every DC public and chartered public school has the right to a well-rounded education and the opportunity to succeed.
Arts education helps to build skills demanded by 21st century employers and Washington, DC’s public and chartered public school children must be equipped to compete in that marketplace.
